Signal Journal
3 sentences: noticed, thought, want
**Why it works:** Writing creates separation between stimulus and response. Three specific prompts cut through vagueness and force honesty without the freedom to avoid anything.
**How to do it:**
1. Open a notebook or blank note, kept separate from your task list.
2. Sentence 1: "I noticed..." One specific observation from inside or outside you today.
3. Sentence 2: "I thought..." The interpretation or meaning that arose from it.
4. Sentence 3: "I want..." One genuine want, unfiltered. Not what you think you should want.
5. Close the notebook. Done.
**In The Quest:** Log in the app. Minimum three sentences, written, not just thought.
