Hey friends! ☀️ EVERY THURSDAY 6:30-7:30pm I’m hosting a weekly event in Encinitas that combines breathwork, guided visualization, authentic human connection, and hands-on craniosacral therapy. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected. $11-33 donation (no one turned away due to lack of funds)
