How does Frequency pricing work?

Selling is free on every plan, and your own people are always free. What a paid plan buys is a lower rate on the sales the network introduces, plus the tools that build the list which takes that rate to zero. There are two ladders. Membership: Member is free forever and already hosts events, takes RSVPs, sells tickets, and takes donations at 10% on network-sourced sales; Crew is from $4.99/mo and takes that to 8% on network-sourced sales with the caps off. Can I run a Space for free?

Yes, and anyone can. A free Space is a real Space, not a trial: your storefront, your page, events, posts, members, a shop, and a place for your people to gather. It sells tickets and takes donations from day one, at 10% on network-sourced sales. You do not need Crew to run one. No card, no clock.

What actually needs a paid plan?

Three things, and we name them plainly. Selling memberships needs Business, because a membership is a recurring promise to another person. Campaigns and funnels need Business, which is the line between messaging your own people and running an acquisition machine. Splitting revenue between businesses needs Collective, because that is what a collective is for. Everything else is a meter with a real free allowance, and a full meter stops new writes without ever hiding, deleting, or locking what is already there.

What stays free forever?

The people part, and the transaction. Joining Frequency, belonging to Circles, going to events, following Spaces, and messaging never cost anything, for members or for you. Taking money never sits behind a plan either: every rung sells tickets and takes donations, and tips carry no fee on any rung. A business never pays for access to people.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

Not of your own. You keep 100% of the bookings and sales you bring in yourself, always, and tips are never touched. We earn a share only of a sale the network introduced, a referral or a discovery inside the collective, and that rate drops as your plan rises: Free 10% on network-sourced sales, Business 5% on network-sourced sales, Collective 3% on network-sourced sales, Non Profit 0% on network-sourced sales, Independent 0% on network-sourced sales. Selling as a person rather than a Space needs no plan at all: Member sells at 10% on network-sourced sales and Crew at 8% on network-sourced sales. Once a buyer is yours, meaning they follow you, they are one of your members, they are in your contacts, or they have bought before, we take nothing on them again: we charge once for the introduction, and after that they are your people, free.

What does yearly billing save?

Yearly is two months free. You pay for ten months and get twelve. Monthly is the low-friction default; yearly is the way to save on any plan.

What happens if I downgrade?

Nothing disappears. Your contacts, posts, events, and history stay visible and stay yours; you just go back to the free limits, so you cannot add past the caps until you upgrade again. You can export your contacts and your data before, during, or after, anytime.

Can I leave and take my people with me?

Yes. Month to month, and your people are yours. You can export your contacts and your data any time. We earn your stay, we do not trap it.
