Heart on Fire
A four-week course for men who are learning how to feel.By Daniel Tyack 4 phases 13 lessons ~13h 45m 1 phase / week 30 Gems
The story
Most men were never taught how to feel. We learned how to think, decide, solve, and keep moving. Meanwhile, the body keeps sending signals. Without a way to listen, those signals can show up as tension, irritation, exhaustion, or a sense of feeling nothing at all.
Heart on Fire is a simple way to start listening again. For 28 days, you return to the same meditation and begin with one breath practice that is easy to remember and realistic to do every day.
Week 1 helps reconnect the head and the heart. Week 2 builds your ability to stay present with what comes up. Week 3 explores the feelings and patterns you may have pushed down. Week 4 helps you choose how you want to show up as the work begins to settle in.
The program stays simple on purpose. Two core techniques carry the full 28 days, with one optional practice added partway through for anyone who wants to go deeper. The change comes from returning to the practice, not forcing a breakthrough. The goal is not to leave with one powerful experience. It is to leave with something you can keep doing.

Questions
How does the cadence work?
Phases open one at a time, about one a week. Once a phase opens it stays open, so you can go at your own pace.
Solo or with my Circle?
Both work. Start it solo and the phases drip from your own start date, or run it with your Circle as a Run so you move through it together.
What is a Run?
A Run is a Circle going through this Journey together, with a shared start date and a group trophy at the finish.
