Your SpaceAll in one orbit

Customers come in, say hi and leave. Keeping in touch afterward is the part that slips.

Your hours are on one site, your bookings on another, and the regulars who would come back never hear from you. Keep your page, your contacts and your dates together so a good visit can turn into the next one.

What you getFour things, working together

Built around the people you meet.

Let customers book a time.

Share your available times. Customers book from your page, and Business adds payment for services and deposits.

Remember who came in.

Keep customer details and notes in Contacts. Import a list or scan a card when you meet someone new.

Share your page at the counter.

Offer your Frequency card so a customer can find your page and save your details before they leave.

Write to the regulars you haven’t seen.

Choose people from Contacts and send a note about a new service, a date or a quiet week. Reminders go out for bookings.

How it works

People join free, hosting is free with Crew, and you pay when you start charging. A free Space includes hosting tools within its allowances and tips with no platform fee, plus card processing. Selling starts at Business. When your business starts charging for bookings or a shop, that is Business. Paid Space plans and introduction fees are separate.

QuestionsAsked and answered

Before you open.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Start with your name and your hours. Add the rest when you’re ready.

What does it actually cost?

A Space comes with Crew, which you fund at whatever amount you choose. Until the beta ends, anyone can open one free. You pay for Business when you start charging: Business is $49 a month, or two months free if you pay for the year, and it opens paid tickets, memberships, bookings, donations and your shop. Frequency takes 5% on a customer the network introduces, once, and 0% on the people already yours. There's no network fee on your own bookings and sales, only card processing. A free Space runs your page, contacts, bookings and events, and takes tips with no platform fee, plus card processing. You always see the full number, nothing hidden.

Where is Frequency available?

Frequency opens in North County San Diego on December 1, 2026. You can open your Space before then, free, and it is ready when the town opens.

Can I take my contacts with me?

Yes, any time. Download a VCard or export your whole list.

Will my customers need to download anything?

No. They book and pay from a link.

What if I also sell things or run events?

It grows with you. The same Space handles a shop, tickets and check-in when you're ready.

Is my customer information private?

Yes. Your contacts are yours, held securely, never sold.

A note from the founder

Built by someone who needed it.

Frequency started in a healing practice, from the same pile of tabs and lost follow-ups. It's a place for community builders to share a class, welcome people at a gathering and keep in touch afterward. Start with the people you meet and the work you want to do together.
