Do I need to be technical?
No. Start with your name and a gathering. Add the rest when you’re ready.
What does it actually cost?
A Space comes with Crew, which you fund at whatever amount you choose. Until the beta ends, anyone can open one free. Taking gifts is the Non Profit plan, $39 a month flat, never per seat, for verified 501(c)(3) organizations, and there is no network fee on what you raise. You always see the full number, nothing hidden.
Where is Frequency available?
Frequency opens in North County San Diego on December 1, 2026. You can open your Space before then, free, and it is ready when the town opens.
Do you take a cut of giving?
No. We never take a share of a gift. Card processing is the only fee, and it goes to the card processor, not to us.
Can I take my directory with me?
Yes, any time. Export your whole list whenever you want.
How do we get the Non Profit plan?
Verify your 501(c)(3) status and the flat Non Profit plan opens, with the full toolkit and giving built in.
Is our directory private?
Yes. Your contacts are yours, held securely, never sold.
