Plans and pricing

People join free. Host free with Crew. You pay when you start charging.

A Space comes with Crew, which you fund at whatever amount you choose. Until the beta ends, anyone can open one free. After that, every Space stays a real Space: your page, your events, your posts, your members. Hosting is free, and that is the point, not a teaser. A plan is what you take when you start charging. This page covers what each plan is for and what it turns on.

The figures live in one place. The pricing page reads every price, every yearly figure, and every rate straight from the plan catalog, so it is always the number you will be charged. This article deliberately does not repeat them: a number copied here would go stale the day the catalog moved, and the pricing page cannot.

Six tiers, one verb each

Members join. Crew hosts. A Space runs. Business sells. Collective connects. Network unites.

Two of those are personal and four are for Spaces.

Two more plans sit beside the ladder:

• Non Profit is for verified nonprofits. It does everything Business does, with no network fee. There is a Non Profit Collective too.
• Independent is white label, run on your own terms, off the shared network. It is arranged directly rather than bought from this page, so if that is what you need, ask us.

The price you start on is yours for as long as you keep the plan. Collective has a Founding price under its list price while the intro is open (the offer ends January 1), and a Collective that starts on it keeps it, grandfathered, and with the founder badge if it starts before December 1. Paying yearly gives you two months free: a yearly plan is ten months of the monthly price.

What a free Space gives you

A free Space is a real plan, not a countdown, and it does not expire. It has every hosting tool: your page, Circles, Events, Practices, Journeys, Space Contacts, email campaigns, a funnel, one automation, and a stock QR code you can download. Each one comes with room to start, and the pricing page shows exactly how much.

Open your Space's QR codes settings to download its stock code as PNG or SVG. It opens your public Space page and stays fixed. It does not use your editable QR code allowance.

Tips are open on every tier, with no platform fee, plus card processing. They are the money a free Space takes.

When an allowance is full, the next new thing you add is what waits. Nothing you made is hidden, moved, locked, or deleted, and you can always read and export it.

What Business turns on

Selling starts at Business. Paid tickets, paid memberships, donations, shop checkout, booking deposits, and priced Journeys all open there. Business also raises every allowance, includes two operator seats, and gives you three editable QR codes.

If you try to charge for something on a free Space, Frequency shows you what Business adds and lets you start its trial right there. Keeping it free is an equal choice, and nothing you built is lost either way.

What Collective turns on

Collective is Business for separate groups that partner. It includes everything Business does, plus shared listings and a shared calendar with your partners, Vera AI included, five editable QR codes, higher allowances, and a lower network fee. See Collective.

What Network turns on

Network is for one organization with chapters. It includes everything Collective does except Partners (your chapters are Spaces you own), plus three chapters to start (up to 25), one membership across every chapter, central admins, a network calendar, a roll-up report, and the lowest network fee. You can start it yourself with the 14 day trial. See Network.

What Frequency takes

Tips are free. Frequency takes nothing out of a tip, on any tier.

A sale to your own people is free. If the buyer already follows your Space, is an active member of it, sits in your Space Contacts or your own contact list, or has bought from you before, Frequency's share is 0%. We charge once for the introduction. After that they are your people, free.

That leaves customers the network introduced: someone who found you through discovery, a referral, or the Market. Frequency takes a network fee once, at that customer's first purchase. Business pays the standard fee, Collective pays a lower one, and Non Profit pays none. A Space that is off the network has no introduced customers, so it pays nothing. The exact fees are on the pricing page.

Your personal account

Personal accounts host. They do not sell. A Member hosts a Circle and a couple of free Events. Crew carries a host kit with room for more Circles, Events, guests, and Journeys, and it is contribute what you want. See Crew. To charge for something, open a Space and take Business.

Picking a plan

• Stay on the free Space until you start charging for something. There is no rush, and no clock.
• Take Business when you want to sell, when other people work in your Space, or when you run a Program others can join.
• Take Collective when you run several groups that belong together.
• If you are a verified nonprofit, take Non Profit and pay no network fee.

Open access until 1 December

Frequency is in open beta, so the free allowances are switched off until 1 December 2026. Until then a Space can use every hosting tool with no limits, whatever plan it is on. Selling still opens at Business during the beta, and QR codes keep their published limit throughout.

From 1 December the allowances apply as written, and we will tell you what changes before it changes.
