Each session starts with a simple conversation and a guided meditation to ground you in your body.
Sitting together, we notice where the weight is sitting, often before there are words for it.
We let the feeling move through you while I guide you through the process of Emotional Alchemy.

Body-based emotional work. We find what's stuck in the body, settle your system, and let the feeling move. It's not talk therapy, and it's not mindset coaching.
No. I'm a guide, not a licensed therapist, and this isn't a substitute for medical or mental health care. It's a different kind of work, focused on what your body is holding.
We talk, slow down, and work with whatever is actually present. You leave with a clearer sense of what's going on and one next step.
No. Most people don't have the words yet. You only need to be willing to feel what's there.

A 60 minute Guidance Call is $120. A 90 minute Emotional Alchemy Session is $180.
