No. Toni offers both in-person and virtual sessions, so you can pick what fits your schedule.
Hypnosis sessions are sold in packages of 3 or 5 sessions. Single standalone sessions aren't available for hypnosis or HypnoReiki.
HypnoReiki is Toni's method that runs hypnotherapy and Reiki at the same time in one session. The idea is that the subconscious and the body's energy get worked on together rather than separately.
