Find your CircleThe Temple of Aset: Sacred Embodiment & Mystery School is an online women's school rooted in somatic healing, sacred movement, and the ancient feminine mysteries of Egypt and Mesopotamia.
Through Sacred Body Codes: Hathor Flow — IshAset Lumi's signature somatic dance methodology — and the living lineages of Aset/Isis, Hathor, and Ishtar/Inanna, women find their way back to the body, the breath, the voice, the desire, and the power that was always theirs.
This is not wellness. This is initiation. And you are ready.
Not choreography. Not exercise. Hathor Flow is a living somatic movement practice channeling the lineage of Hathor — intuitive, fluid, and different every time. You are not learning steps. You are remembering how to move as the sacred being you already are.
The breath is the most direct path to changing how you feel in your body. In the Temple of Aset, pranayama is not technique — it is the deliberate cultivation of life force. From the gentle three-part breath of arrival to the fire of kapalabhati, the breath carries you deeper into yourself with every practice.
Hathor and Isis from Egypt. Inanna and Ishtar from Mesopotamia. These are not myths studied from a distance — they are living transmissions available to every woman who genuinely calls them in. The lineage knows the way home. Your job is simply to open the door.
Every practice in the Temple of Aset is opened and closed with ceremony — the water activation, the invocation, the altar, the closing declaration. These are not decorative additions. They are what makes the real work possible. Ceremony tells the body: this time is sacred. And the body responds accordingly.
Somewhere along the way you learned to live above the neck — managing, pushing through, performing — while the most essential part of you waited quietly below.
Most healing work asks you to understand yourself. The Temple of Aset asks you to feel yourself — in your body, in your breath, in the movement that carries the codes of the ancient feminine lineages of Isis, Hathor, and Inanna.
This is not wellness. This is not self-help dressed in sacred language. These are living transmissions — feminine mysteries that have been guiding women home for thousands of years, held now in a contemporary initiatory container that meets you exactly where you are.
Real transformation doesn't happen in the mind. It happens in the body. And the body has been waiting for you to arrive.
The Temple of Aset exists for women who are ready to stop managing their lives from the outside — and start living them from the inside.
Sacred movement. Ancient feminine lineages. Genuine initiation.
Welcome home.
