No. No experience needed and no good voice required. You'll walk out having used your voice out loud in a room that's fully on your side.
No. The Vocal Freedom Method™ is about taking your voice back at the root. Becoming a better singer may be a side effect, but it's not the point.
Primarily women who shrink in moments that matter, soften the no, over-explain the yes, or feel like they've tried everything (books, therapy, ceremonies) and still can't shake the old pattern. The Circle page notes it's open to folx of all genders.
Each week flows through four practices: EFT Tapping, Musitation, Song Sourcing, and Singing & Sounding in Community, then closes with an open mic.
