Wildheart

Take up space

a year-round circle for women

Wildheart

Most women were taught to hold it all together: to look capable, stay contained, and keep everyone else going. Far fewer were taught to come back into their bodies and let what is inside move out.

Wildheart is a year of doing that together. You join a circle of 6 to 12 women and meet every other week. You move, breathe, make noise, laugh and feel at home in your body. It is not therapy. It is practice and community alongside other women.

How it works

Each Circle Night has five beats: Presence, Unite, Lead, Settle, Exhale. Every practice is an invitation. Join in, go gently, witness or pass.

The year follows the seasons and the twelve signs, from Sovereignty in Capricorn to Freedom in Sagittarius. The eight festivals and every moon fall inside it, and on Samhain weekend every circle gathers for the retreat.

Every woman starts with the same Foundation: eight self-guided weeks in breath, movement, sound, wanting and play, with your host checking in along the way.
