Hubs

A Hub is a small cluster of up to five Circles in the same locale. Think of it as a neighborhood of Circles: related groups in one area that can share momentum and people.

How Hubs come about

Hubs emerge; they're not handed down from the top. A Circle can exist on its own first; when a few Circles take root in the same place, they can crystallize into a Hub. So you'll always find Circles first, and Hubs as they grow.

What this means for you

• You join Circles, not Hubs directly; the Hub is the bigger picture around them.
• A Hub makes it easier to find sibling Circles nearby if your first one fills up or you want more.
• Hubs are stewarded by Guides, who help coordinate across the Circles in them.
