Hubs

A hub is a small cluster of up to five circles in the same locale. Think of it as a neighborhood of circles: related groups in one area that can share momentum and people.

How hubs come about

Hubs emerge; they're not handed down from the top. A circle can exist on its own first; when a few circles take root in the same place, they can crystallize into a hub. So you'll always find circles first, and hubs as they grow.

What this means for you

• You join circles, not hubs directly; the hub is the bigger picture around them.
• A hub makes it easier to find sibling circles nearby if your first one fills up or you want more.
• Hubs are stewarded by guides, who help coordinate across the circles in them.
