Running a Program means your model becomes something other people can start where they live. You pick one circle you already run, we save its setup as the blueprint, and your Program gets its own Channel. From there, members anywhere can start a Chapter from your blueprint. Running a Program is a Collective plan feature.

You also need to be able to manage the Space. If the Program tool is switched off for your Space, an admin can turn it back on in the module settings.
Open your Space, go to Manage, and open Program under Content. Then:
Three things happen at once:
From then on, anyone signed in can open your Channel and start a Chapter. They get a private draft built from your blueprint, they shape it, and they publish it when it's ready.
From the same Program page:

Renaming keeps your Channel at the same address, so every link anyone has ever shared keeps working.
Refreshing the blueprint saves the current setup of one of your live circles as the new snapshot. Pick the circle, choose Refresh blueprint, done.
What it does not do is reach into Chapters that already exist. A Chapter copied the blueprint at the moment it started, so it keeps what it has. Refreshing only affects Chapters started from now on. That is deliberate: the people running your Chapters get to keep the group they built, and nothing they set up changes under them overnight.
The source circle has to be one your Space runs, and it has to be live. Drafts and archived circles aren't offered.
Pause when you don't want new Chapters right now: you're rethinking the model, or you want to work with the Chapters you have before adding more.
While a Program is paused:
Resume is one click, and both come straight back.
No. One Program per Space. If you want to run a different model, edit the one you have, or talk to the crew about what you're trying to do.
That one goes through the crew. Deleting a Program touches every Chapter running your model at once, so it's a conversation rather than a button. Everything else on the Program page is yours to change directly. If you just want to stop new Chapters, pause it instead.
No, and that's the point. Each Chapter belongs to the person who started it. They host it, their members are their members, and they can change what doesn't fit their city. What you own is the model and the Channel it lives on.
Not one person at a time. Starting a Chapter is open to any signed-in member while your Program is running, which is what makes a Program spread. If you need to stop new Chapters entirely, pause the Program.
Only in one way: it joins your Program's Channel as the first Chapter. Its host, members, gatherings, and settings are untouched, and the blueprint is a copy, so editing the circle later doesn't quietly rewrite the blueprint. Refresh the blueprint when you want those edits to reach new Chapters.
