Frequency's mission is real community for everyone, so the important parts are free, forever. The Quest is a side thing we all do together, and it is free too.
As you take part, the Quest's rewards (Zaps, Gems, milestones) accrue for everyone into a personal, non-resetting Vault. Everyone is playing the same game, and everyone can spend what they earn.
Any signed-in member can spend their Gems in the Vault Store, take part in the live season, and show their rank publicly. Nothing about the Quest waits on a payment.
What bounds a redemption is the things you would expect: your Gem balance, whether an item is still in stock, whether it belongs to the current season, and any rank an item asks for. What Gems actually buy (cosmetics, titles, collectible badges, membership credits) is covered in Spending Gems in the Vault Store.
Everything you earn keeps building: your Gems, your season trophies, and your Amplitude (the lifetime total behind your rank that never resets).
Crew is the paid personal tier, and it is about backing the community rather than unlocking the game. It carries a lower fee on the business the network sends you, Vera without the daily cap, the Crew badge, and listing what you author in the public library. You pick what you pay for it.
A membership can also cover several people at once. One payment, four seats, each person keeping their own account and their own history. See sharing a membership with your household.
Everything you have earned stays yours. Crew is the paid personal tier, and the only one. It is contribute what you want: pick any monthly amount from $4.99 up, and every amount buys exactly the same Crew. Pay the suggested amount or more and you wear the Supporter badge. It all lives on the upgrade page.
