Everything your Space receives lives in one place: Manage, then Get paid. That is where you connect the account your money lands in, see which of your money paths can take payment today, and read the rate the network takes.
What your Space pays is a different page. See Billing for your plan, your card, and invoices. Setting up one does nothing to the other.
In the Manage menu it sits under Offerings and money, beside Booking, Memberships and Donations.
Anyone who can edit your Space can open the page. Only the owner can connect the account, for the reason below.
Money moves through Stripe, and Stripe pays a person, not a page. The person it pays is the Space owner, so the owner's payout account is the one that has to exist.
Your bank details never touch Frequency. Stripe holds them, the same way it holds your card on the billing side.
There are five ways a Space can take money, and Get paid lists all five with the state each one is in:
| Money path | What it is | | --- | --- | | Memberships | Paid tiers people join. Selling these needs the Business plan. | | Bookings | Paid time on your calendar, deposit included at checkout. | | Orders | Sales from your Shop. | | Donations | Your fund and the amounts people can pick. | | Tickets | Paid tickets on an event your Space hosts. |
Two things have to be true for a path to take money: the path needs its own setup, and the payout account needs to exist. So a path can read Ready once payouts are on while everything else about it is finished, and a path you have not turned on reads Turned off in your settings even when payouts are live.
Set each path up from the tool that owns it. Booking, memberships, donations and your Shop all sit beside Get paid under Offerings & Money. Tickets live in the event's own settings.
Get paid shows two numbers, and they are the whole story.
If your Space is not connected to the network, it takes no network sales at all, so it pays 0% on everything.
Plans and pricing has the rate for each plan and what counts as your own people.
You receive every sale, membership, booking deposit, donation and ticket, minus the rate above and Stripe's processing fee. Stripe sends it to your bank on its own schedule.
You pay Frequency for your plan. That is a separate charge, and it is the only one. See Billing.
Do I need a plan to take money? No. Every plan can sell, including Free, and a paid plan lowers what the network takes rather than turning selling on. Memberships are the one path that needs the Business plan.
Get paid says payments are not turned on yet. Is something wrong? No. That line is about the platform, not your account. You can set your money paths up now, and payouts go live with the rest of billing.
When does the money reach my bank? On Stripe's payout schedule, to the account the owner connected. Manage payouts opens the Stripe dashboard, where you can see a payout and manage your bank details and payout schedule.
Where are my sales totals? Not on this page. Get paid answers "can I take money", and the numbers sit with the tool that made them: orders in your Shop console, tickets on the event's manage screen.
I am the owner and I already set up payouts. Why does a tool still say it cannot take payment? The payout account is one of two conditions. Check the path's own setup as well: a tier, a product or a ticket that is still a draft stops that path on its own, whatever your payout account says.
