What people see about you

Your profile shows what you have built and where you show up. It does not show everything about you to everyone. Three different people looking at the same profile see three different amounts.

What anyone can see

The things you have made public: Circles you host, Spaces you run, upcoming events you are hosting, and Journeys or Practices you have published. If it is already open to anyone on Frequency, it counts here.

Private and invite-only groups never appear, and neither do drafts. A gathering you have not published is not on your profile.

What a signed-in member can see

The Circles the two of you are both in. This is about the two of you, so it changes depending on who is looking. Someone in none of your Circles sees none of them.

What only you can see

Your own full picture, on your own profile: everything you are part of, including the private groups nobody else sees listed.

Why a number can be missing

If a count would give away something you have kept private, it is left off rather than shown as zero. A blank is not a bug and it is not an empty life. It means there was nothing safe to say.

If someone blocks you

You stop seeing each other across Frequency, including the shared-Circles list. See Blocking and deleting your account.
