You are in control of who can reach you and of your account.
Frequency never shares your exact location. When the app helps people find others nearby, it only ever shows a fuzzed area (about a mile across) or your city, never a precise spot on a map. You decide who can find you nearby, how precise that is, and how far away they can be, all under Settings → Connections & Location (see Your settings). Turn on Ghost mode any time to disappear from proximity and maps completely.
Open the member's profile and choose Block. When you block someone:
You can review and undo this anytime under Settings, Account & privacy, where your blocked members are listed with an Unblock button.
Anything you start in a create flow saves as a draft so you can come back to it. If you want those gone, go to Settings, Account & privacy and find Erase your saved drafts. Type ERASE to confirm. This removes your unfinished drafts only. Anything you already published stays exactly where it is. It cannot be undone.
Go to Settings, Account & privacy and find Delete your account. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Delete account.
This permanently removes your account and your content. It cannot be undone, so make sure it is what you want. You will be signed out immediately afterward.
