Regulars: check in, earn stamps, get the reward
Shops and studios on Frequency run a stamp card on their door code. Check in on each visit for a stamp and 25 Zaps, and a full card earns the reward the place set.
Some Spaces with a real door run Regulars. Each visit you check in at their code, you get one stamp and 25 Zaps. When the card is full, you get the reward the place chose and priced, as a six-character code the counter hands out against.
How to check in
- At the door, scan the Space's code with your camera, or tap your phone on its tag.
- Sign in if you are not already.
- You see your card: how many visits are left to the reward.
One stamp a day per Space. Three Spaces a day earn Zaps.
Where your cards live
Open Rewards from the menu. Every card you hold is there, with any reward code waiting to be collected. Under the cards you see the places running Regulars nearest you and the hunts on now.
Hunts
A few Spaces can run a hunt together for a few weeks. Check in at every stop inside the window and the host's reward is yours, plus 100 Zaps. The hunt page lists the stops, and your card on Rewards counts them down.
The small print
A place can change its reward, but a reward you already earned keeps its title and value. Your location is read only at the moment you check in, and only when the place asked for it.
