What if I miss a week?

Nothing bad happens. Miss a gathering, miss a week, miss a month: you are still a member, your Circle is still there, and you pick back up whenever you are ready. Frequency has no penalty for missing time. The whole brand promise is the opposite of the apps that punish you for stepping away.

So what is "Ghost"?

Ghost is just your season rank when you have not finished a Journey yet. It is the starting point, not a scolding. Everyone begins each season as a Ghost; you move up to Initiate the moment you finish your first Journey, and so on. If a season goes by and you do not finish a Journey, you stay Ghost. That is a status, not a strike. It costs you nothing.

There is no "inactive" flag that locks you out, no demotion, and no public list of who has gone quiet.

Does missing a gathering let my Circle down?

A little, and that is by design, in the good way. Circles stay small so that you are actually missed when you are not there. That is the point of a small group: your seat is yours, and people notice it is empty. But "missed" means "we are glad when you come back," not "you owe us." A good Circle welcomes you back without a word about where you have been.

Do I lose my Zaps, streak, or progress?

Your durable stuff is safe. Here is what does and does not carry:

• Gems, Trophies, and Amplitude never reset. They are yours for good.
• A streak can break if you miss your daily practice, but a broken streak just starts a new one. It is a counter, not a judgment, and you can bank a freeze to protect it ahead of time.
• Season Zaps reset at the end of each 13-week season anyway, the same for everyone. Missing time does not single you out.

Nothing of real value disappears because you took a week off.

How do I come back after time away?

Just RSVP to the next gathering and show up. That is the entire re-entry process. You do not have to explain, apologize, or catch up on anything. If your Journey is mid-stream, open My Quest and pick up the next practice where you left off.

Questions people ask

Will I get nagging notifications if I go quiet?

No. Notifications here carry a fact (a gathering tonight, Zaps you earned) or a short invitation, never guilt, shame, or fake urgency. If you want fewer, you can turn them down in your settings. We will not send "your Circle misses you" pressure texts.

Is it too late to come back if it has been months?

It is never too late. The season you left may have ended and a new one started, which just means a fresh climb. Your Circle, your friends, and your durable rewards are still there. Pick a gathering and show up.

Do I get demoted for being a Ghost?

There is nothing below Ghost to be demoted to; it is the entry point. Ranks only go up, and they move on their own when you finish Journeys. See season ranks for the full ladder.
