A practice is the thing you actually do: meditate, move, breathe, journal. Logging your practice is the heart of Frequency, it is how showing up turns into progress.
Each day you do your practice, hit Log practice. That:
You can log a practice once per day. Do it for a few days in a row and the streak starts to pull you back, which is exactly the point.
Want to actually do the practice right there, with a timer and guided breathing? Tap the little lotus to tune out with Mindless. Same log, same rewards, plus the sit itself.
Adopt as many practices as you like from the library, and remove any that no longer fit. If you host a circle, you can change the circle's practice whenever the focus shifts.

Many library practices are templates: a proven starting point you can claim and make your own. Open one and hit Claim & make it yours:
From there it is yours: edit it anytime, log it daily, and, if you want, share it back to the community library for others to find. On your own practice you’ll see a Propose to Library button: tap it and your practice goes to the community leaders for a quick review. Once they approve it, it appears in the library for everyone (until then it shows as “In review”, and it stays private to you).
Open any practice and you get its own page: a header image, the full "how to do it" write-up and steps, a short summary, its Pillar and sub-category, and a stats band: the reward per log, the cadence, how many people are practising it, and how many times it has been logged.
Each practice also has a category (movement, holistic health, spirituality, creative, human relating, business support) and a cadence hint (daily, weekly, as needed). The library is browsable by what you are drawn to.
If a practice is part of any Journeys or is being run by any circles, the page shows a "Used in" section linking to them, a quick way to find a Journey built around it or a circle already practising it together.
The library is organized so you can find practices that fit you, even as it grows to thousands:

you can spot what suits the moment. When you create or edit your own practice, add
your own tags to help others find it.Every practice has a weight: light (8 Zaps), standard (12), or heavy (15) per log. A cold plunge or a dawn surf asks more of you, so it gives back more. Each practice page shows its reward up front, so you know what logging it is worth before you commit.
