What is Frequency?

Frequency helps you turn the things you care about into real-world community. You pick what you practice, find a small local group around it, and start showing up, both online and in person.

The idea in one minute

Most online communities are a feed and a hope. Frequency has a shape:

• A Channel is what you practice: movement, breathwork, holistic health, creativity, human relating, and more. It connects you to people everywhere who care about the same thing.
• A Circle is your people, near you. A small group built around a Channel, with an always-on space online and usually a standing time to meet in person.
• As Circles grow, they seed new ones nearby, and a neighborhood of Circles becomes a whole local community. None of it is appointed from the top.

Why it works

Frequency is built to get you off the screen and into the room. The Quest rewards the things that actually build community: showing up, inviting a friend, and supporting local life. The point is the practices, the places, and the people.

What to do first

1. Pick a Channel that fits what you want more of in your life.
2. Find a Circle near you and join it.
3. Show up to the next gathering. That is the whole Quest.
