Mindless is where you do the practice, not just log it. One tap, the screen goes quiet, and it walks you through the sit. When you finish, the Quest pays you on the spot.
Open it from the Zap button (the Mindless row), from your home screen (the little lotus next to any practice), or from a practice page. Pick three things, and it remembers them for next time:
Then hit Tune out. The world goes quiet, and nothing moves until you tap Start — settle in first. While you're tuned out the screen stays awake and everything else gets out of the way. Pause if life interrupts (paused time doesn't count), and when the timer runs out, hit Finish to collect. Need to stop early? Close Session still counts; the practice is the point, not the clock.
Want sound or touch instead of watching the screen? Turn on the bell (it rings at each phase change, or each minute on the plain timer) and pick its voice: Soft, Low, or Bowl. Or turn on vibration. Both stay off unless you choose them, and your choices are remembered. While you breathe, the number in the middle of the rings counts each phase down with you.
Follow the rings: they grow when you breathe in, rest while you hold, and settle as you let go.
When the timer ends, swipe through four screens:
When you reach the last card, one more swipe sends it off the screen and you're back where you started. In a hurry? Pull any card straight down and the whole thing slides away.
Already logged that practice today? The extra sit still banks airtime, and your streak holds. Nothing pays twice, and nothing is lost.
