Achievements & badges

Achievements are the permanent badges you collect on Frequency. Unlike season Zaps, they never reset; once a badge is yours, it's yours for good. They're the long record of who you've been in the community. The set is small on purpose, so each one means something.

Where to find them

Open The Vault and scroll to Your Awards. You'll see your whole collection: what you've earned, what's still locked, and your collection progress, sitting right beside your Trophy Case.

How you earn them

You don't apply for achievements; you earn them automatically the moment you qualify, and Frequency lets you know when one lands. Many also pay Zaps when they land, so a badge is often a bonus on top of the thing you already did.

A few examples of the kind of thing that earns one:

• First Circle. Join your first Circle.
• First Gathering. Attend your first event.
• First Journey. Finish your first Journey of the season.
• Streak milestones. Keep a daily practice streak going to 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100, and 365 days.
• Amplitude milestones. Cross big lifetime Zap totals (1,000, then 5,000, and beyond).

The core set

The collection is lean and deliberate. It is built from:

• Firsts: your first Circle, first gathering, first Journey.
• Streak milestones: the checkpoints on your daily practice streak.
• Amplitude milestones: crossing big lifetime Zap totals.
• Pillar Trophies: one for each Journey you finish (Mind, Body, Spirit).
• The Certificate: the season capstone for finishing all three Journeys.

Where your badges show

Your badges ride with you. Recent ones appear on your My Quest dashboard, and your full collection lives in The Vault under Your Awards. Collecting them is never required; they're a record, not homework.
