Every Journey in The Quest closes with an Expression Challenge: a moment to share what you practiced with the people around you. It is the capstone that finishes the Journey, not a separate goal you track alongside it.
Each of the three seasonal Journeys (Mind / Body / Spirit) has one Expression Challenge attached to it. You complete it at the end of the Journey. It might be a reflection, a piece of creative work, a conversation, or something you make and bring to a Circle gathering. The prompt is specific to the Journey.
Completing the Expression Challenge is required to finish the Journey. You cannot close out a Journey without it.
An Expression Challenge pays based on how you complete it:
Sharing with your community earns the Zap reward because that act of presence is the whole point. Posting solo still counts and still pays, in the currency of online activity.
Finishing a Journey (including its Expression Challenge) earns:
Finish all three Journeys and you reach Master, the highest rank for the season, and earn the Certificate: a unique cosmetic plus 100 Gems. See Season ranks for the full picture.
If your Circle is running the Journey together, the Expression Challenge can become a Circle moment: everyone shares their work at the same gathering. Your personal completion still records to your own progress.
Some Expression Challenges are code hunts: a set of Frequency QR codes hidden around your city or an event. Scan them to complete the prompt; each code counts once. See QR codes & checking in for how scanning works.
