Sign inStart a CircleHow finishing Journeys moves you up the ranks each season.
Ranks are your standing in the current season of The Quest, earned by finishing Journeys. There are four ranks, and each one maps directly to how many Journeys you completed this season.
Your rank advances automatically the moment you finish a Journey. There is no Zap threshold to hit and no manual recognition required. Finish the work and the rank follows.
When you complete a Journey you earn:
Each Journey is capped by an Expression Challenge: sharing what you practiced with your community. Completing the Expression Challenge is required to finish the Journey. It pays an extra +50 Zaps if you do it in person at a Circle gathering, or +30 Gems if you post it solo online.
Reach Master by finishing all three Journeys and you earn the Certificate, the season's capstone. It is a unique cosmetic plus 100 Gems, on top of your three Trophies. It is the one thing that says you went the whole way this season.
A season runs for 13 weeks, then resets so everyone gets a fresh start. When it does, your season Zaps convert into Gems at 5 to 1: the durable, spendable currency that sticks with you. Your Trophies, Amplitude total, and lifetime Gems carry over too. The season is the "doing." Gems and Trophies are what you keep.
Your season rank goes back to Ghost each reset, but every Zap you have ever earned feeds Amplitude, your lifetime total. It only ever goes up. Hosting-class acts (hosting, running a program, founding or activating a Circle) count double toward it. Crossing big totals (1,000, then 5,000, and beyond) mints a permanent Award into your Vault.
