The leaderboard leads with one thing: a goal your Circle is filling together. Individual standings sit below it, start local, and are yours to step out of. You'll find it in The Vault, under your standing.
At the top is a collective goal: the combined season Zaps of everyone in your scope, filling a shared milestone, with a count of how many people have chipped in. This is the headline because the season is something you do together, not a race to beat your friends. Even if you hide yourself from the board below, your Zaps still count toward this goal.
Below the shared goal is the individual board. Two controls shape it.
Scope decides who you're compared with. It stays local on purpose: the people you actually practice with, not the whole world. There is no global board.
Track decides what the board ranks by.
Each row shows the member's standing on the active track, their streak, and their current season rank. Your own row is highlighted.
Ranking is opt-in by feel. One tap on Hide me from the board removes your row from the list. You still count toward the shared goal up top, you just don't appear as a row. Tap again to show yourself any time.
Your Circle has its own Circle Stats tab, and the board on it does not rank anyone. It compares each member's week against their own usual week, so a beginner and a veteran can both be having a good one at the same time. There is no first place and no last place on it.
Your usual week is the median of your last four weeks that had any activity, which means a quiet month never counts against you. Each row carries a plain label instead of a number: Above usual, Usual week, Lighter week, Back this week, or No usual week yet if you have not been around long enough for us to have one to compare with.
The Vault board described above still works the way it always has. The two are separate on purpose: one is the season scoreboard, the other is a read on how your Circle is doing this week.
The season standings reset when the season does, so nobody is permanently out of reach and every season is a new climb. Your rank comes from the Journeys you finish, and what the Zaps measure is real-world showing up. The leaderboard isn't the Quest, it's the scoreboard for the part of life that happens off the screen.
