Sign inStart a CircleHow your daily practice streak works, the reserve that forgives a slip, the rest you can plan, and the rewards for showing up.
Your streak is the number of days in a row you’ve logged a practice. It’s the heartbeat of Frequency (one small thing, every day) and it shows up front and centre on your home screen. One missed day won’t break it, and a planned rest doesn’t count against you.
Log any practice and today counts. Do it again tomorrow and your streak ticks up. You only need one practice a day to keep it. Logging more is great, but it won’t double-count.
A new badge lands at each checkpoint (3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100 and 365 days) and each one pays Zaps (which drive your season rank). The further you go, the bigger the reward.
The streak is built to survive a normal life. You bank a small reserve of grace days (up to two), and if you miss a single day a reserve day bridges it the next time you log. So one slip never zeroes your streak.
The rule is simple: never miss twice. Miss two days in a row and the streak starts fresh from one. Your best-ever streak stays on record either way, so nothing you built disappears.
You bank a reserve day two ways:
Going away, sick, or just need a break? Open the Leaderboard (it lives in The Vault) and, under your streak, set a rest. The days you’re resting don’t count against the streak, so a planned break isn’t a miss. Rest runs up to two weeks; end it early whenever you’re ready, and log one practice to pick the streak back up right where it was.
If the streak does reset, there’s no lost-streak lecture. The page reads pick it back up today, your best-ever streak is still there, and one practice starts day one again. If you’ve been away a week or more, your first practice back also pays a small Welcome Back bonus.
If you haven’t logged yet today, your home screen notes that today isn’t logged yet so you don’t miss it by accident. Log one practice and you’re set until tomorrow.
You can see your current streak, your best-ever streak, your reserve and the next badge to chase on the Leaderboard, in the consistency section under the shared goal.
A streak is yours, but it is better with company. Walk a Journey alongside the people in your Circle, practice the same things over the same weeks, and do your Expression Challenges together at a gathering. Nobody is ranked against their Circle. Showing up together is the point.
