Sign inJoin the BetaHow your daily practice streak works, freezes, and the rewards for keeping it.
Your streak is the number of days in a row you’ve logged a practice. It’s the heartbeat of Frequency (one small thing, every day) and it shows up front and centre on your home screen.
Log any practice and today counts. Do it again tomorrow and your streak ticks up. You only need one practice a day to keep it. Logging more is great, but it won’t double-count.
A new badge lands at each checkpoint (3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 100 and 365 days) and each one pays Zaps (which drive your season rank). The further you go, the bigger the reward.
Life happens. You bank a freeze (up to two at a time) two ways:
If you miss a single day, a freeze is spent automatically the next time you log, so one slip never wipes out the momentum you’ve built. Miss two days in a row and the streak resets to one. Freezes can’t be bought, only earned.
If you’ve been away a week or more, your first practice back pays a small Welcome Back bonus. No guilt, no lost-streak lecture. Just log one thing and you’re moving again.
If you haven’t logged yet today, your home screen flags the streak as at risk so you don’t lose it by accident. Log one practice and you’re safe until tomorrow.
You can see your current streak, your best-ever streak, your banked freezes and the next badge to chase on the Streaks page in your dashboard.
Each practice you stick with also builds its own record, measured in weeks that hit the practice’s own rhythm (daily practices need most days; a weekly one needs one). Checkpoints land at 2, 4, 8 and 13 weeks. A full 13-week cycle on one practice pays a one-time 50 Zaps and a permanent ring on that practice. Every log also deepens the practice’s lifetime count, with marks at 10, 25, 50 and 100 logs.
Everything you’ve earned this way lives on the Practice Shelf on your profile: the practices you actually keep showing up for, deepest first.
Alongside the daily streak, Frequency also tracks weekly rhythms: showing up to events, posting, and hosting at least once a week. These power their own achievements and live on the same Streaks page, below your daily streak.
When three or more people from the same circle are on the same Journey and all log on the same day, everyone gets a small Co-op Pulse bonus. It adds up quietly. Practicing together is the point.
