Dispatches

Dispatches are announcements that reach beyond a single Circle: the way Hosts and leadership share something important with a wider audience.

What they can be

• Posts: a straightforward announcement.
• Polls: gather quick input from the community.
• Challenges: a prompt to rally around.
• Articles: longer reads.

Interacting

• You can like and comment on Dispatches, and vote on polls, just like other content.
• You'll find them surfaced in your feed and on the Community page.

The Community dashboard

Community (in the left menu) is your at-a-glance view of everything happening around you, not just Dispatches. At the top you'll see the latest Dispatch or your next event, then quick counts (Dispatches, upcoming events, Circles, members), the full Dispatches feed, and side panels for what's happening soon and new Circles to join. It's the community counterpart to your Quest dashboard.

Who can send a Dispatch

Sending a Dispatch is a Host-and-above ability: it's meant for the people running Circles and stewarding the community, so it stays signal, not noise. Everyone else shares through ordinary posts.

You can only send a Dispatch to a Circle, Hub, or region you lead. A Global ("Everyone") Dispatch, one that reaches every member site-wide, is reserved for the staff and operations team, to keep it rare and meaningful.
