A Space CRM is the place to track the people you work with: a pipeline with stages, a deal for each person, and a contact list, all kept inside your space. It builds on My Contacts, the private address book every member already has.
It is a pipeline and a contact list that belong to your space.
Your space gets its starting stages the first time you open the CRM. You can work from there.
Open it from Manage on your space.
You see the CRM if your space has it turned on and you are an owner or admin. If you are on the team but not an admin, ask an owner to add you. If your space does not have a CRM yet, the page tells you how to turn it on.

Frequency copies those people from My Contacts into your space and starts a deal for each one in your first stage. It skips anyone you have already brought in and anyone without an email. Your private My Contacts list stays exactly as it is.
No. My Contacts stays private to you and unchanged.
Bringing contacts in copies them into your space. The people are linked, so reading the same person twice will not make a duplicate, but your personal list, your notes, and your follow-ups are all still yours.
Only the owners and admins of your space. The pipeline, the contacts, and the notes are scoped to your space and never shared with another space.
A contact is skipped if you have already brought it into this space, or if it has no email address. You can add an email in My Contacts and bring it in again.
The starting stages are set by the kind of space you run. Custom stages and fields come later.
