A household bundle is one membership payment that covers several people. You pay, you invite the others, and each of them gets full member access on your plan.
A bundle comes with four seats by default, and yours is one of them. So you plus three other people.
Everyone on a seat gets the same member access your plan includes, for as long as the bundle is paid. Their account stays their own: their own profile, their own Circles, their own practice history, their own streak. A seat is not a shared login. It is their membership, paid for by you.
Open Settings, then Billing, and find your bundle. You will see your seats, who is in them, and any invites still waiting for an answer.
Send an invite and the other person chooses to accept or pass. Nothing happens to their account until they accept, and you can take an invite back any time before they answer.
Invites count against your seats while they are pending. If you have three seats open and send three invites, you cannot send a fourth until someone declines or you take one back. That is deliberate: without it you could invite five people for three seats, and the last two would be told they had a seat and land on nothing.
You cannot accept on someone else's behalf. Only they can take the seat.
You are the owner because you are the payer. You send the invites, you take them back, and you remove someone from a seat. Nobody on a seat can invite anyone else or change the bundle.
Their account does not go anywhere. They keep their profile, their Circles, their history, and everything they have earned. What they lose is the membership access your bundle was paying for, so they go back to what a free account gets until they join another bundle or start their own membership.
Freeing a seat means you can invite someone else into it.
Nothing happens straight away. When a renewal fails, your bank and our payment provider retry it over several days, and everyone keeps their seat the whole time. A household does not lose access because a card expired on a Tuesday.
If the payment never goes through and the subscription ends, the seats empty together. Pay again and you can seat everyone back.
No. "Household" is what it is usually used for, but nobody checks addresses. A Circle that wants to go in together works the same way.
No. A person holds one seat at a time. If they are already on someone else's bundle, free that seat first, then invite them.
Talk to us before you buy a bundle, so you are not paying twice for the same months. Support can sort it out.
Not from inside a bundle you have already bought. The seat count is fixed when you buy, so changing the plan later never re-sizes a bundle somebody is already living on. If you need a different size, contact Support.
